Luxe screen brightness

I formerly had a Fitbit Inspire 2 and sold it because it was useless outside as even on the brightest setting I still couldn't see the screen (with hand cupped around screen).

Has anyone had both an Inspire 2 and Luxe and know which is better outside? I've checked online and can't find nit levels for either.

Hi, @just_jeepin I have had both Luxe and Inspire 2 and I can confirm that there are no issues viewing the Luxe even in bright sunlight.  The screen on the Luxe is different technology and it is a colour screen.

The two trackers differ in a few other way.  If you go to the  Fitbit store  there is a facility to compare 3 trackers to see which features each has, and there is also a quiz to help you choose.  I would recommend comparing the Luxe, Inspire 2 and Charge 5 to see which one would work best for your lifestyle and goals.

Thank you! I tried a Charge 5 and really liked it but the ECG kept giving me inconclusive as a result, which is a shame as it or the Sense would be perfect as I've had a stroke in the past and ECG and AFib detection would be nice. If I go with the Luxe at least I'd have the AFib detection.
