I bought my Luxe less than 2 months ago and time appears as faded and colors behind the time are covering the time up. Sometimes it just all goes into color...no time appears. Sometimes it is fine. Very frustrating.

Hi @Mjsharp522 That sounds defective. I'd suggest you return it to the store you bought it from. If it was the Fitbit Online Store then contact Fitbit Support

Hi there, @Mjsharp522. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe screen is acting odd, I understand how frustrating this can be. I look forward to getting you back on track!
Before considering other options, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If this doesn't work, then follow @NellyG's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
