Hi
I bought luxe from one much.
it was good and working very well
but now it’s not working all what I have in the screen some spots only and it’s not working even if I put it in the charger.. still the same.
pleas can you guide me what to do??

Please restart your Luxe suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
