Luxe screen corrupted

I have a problem with the display, i try to charge it, the first time it works, now not.

Hi there, @Partyj. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Luxe screen is corrupted. Thanks for attaching that picture and your time in trying to troubleshoot the issue. I'll be glad to continue assisting you. 

As a first approach, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
