Luxe screen detached itself

I purchased my Luxe about two years ago.  It worked without problems until the entire screen/face detached.  I did nothing to cause it -- suddenly the face is just hanging by one of the electronic innards.  It doesn't seem to have a "catch" of any kind to pop on/off.  If I hold it in place it still functions but obviously that is not a solution.  I have read that this is a familiar problem with Versa, and some Versa owners have experimented with glue, but I don't want to ruin the Luxe by experimenting.  All suggestions welcome!

Hi @Threedogdays   Ohhh that is sad news. If your warranty has ended (if it is over 2 years then it will have lapsed) then I would suggest you try gluing it. There is nothing to lose as there are no other options. If it is still under warranty then contact Fitbit Support
