Luxe screen has developed lines

Screen has horizontal lines on it. Seems to be an issue for many luxe owners. Have tried resetting using the button on charger. I have also tried changing the watch face and no change. Can swipe through and lines change colour… 

 

Please help. This watch will be 1.5 years old. Have never damaged it or even put under water etc.
