My Luxe has lines, as other people have mentioned. I checked the community and tried the reboot several times as suggested. Instead of the Fitbit Logo, a blue line appears in the middle of the screen for a few seconds and then the screen goes black. I am unable to re-add my Luxe to the app as I can't see the number code required. I've been switching back and forth between the Luxe and the Charge 5. Are there any other suggestions? Thank you.

Hi, @PatFel , unfortunately if you have removed the Luxe from your account and you cannot read the screen, you will not be able to try the recommended fix for this issue which is to change to clock face . In this situation your best bet is to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com . They will advise you of next steps.
