I was charging my luxe for the day and went to put it back on only to find lines across a black screen. Now there is just a solid line at the top. This is super frustrating, and it appears as though others have had this issue.

@ac0216 A couple things you can try:
If none of that works, it is likely a hardware issue that cannot be fixed here. You'll want to contact customer support if that's the case.
