Luxe screen has opened, it won’t update

My Luxe screen has opened a piece inside has broken, so the screen is blank, it will keep track of my steps, it won’t update now.  It is a little over two years old.

Hi @DanB350 Unfortunately as your Luxe is over 2 years old it won't be covered by warranty, so sadly you will need a new device.
