Hi,
I'm hoping some admin or Fitbit troubleshooter/expert can help me here..
I've had my Luxe for about 3 years and never an issue. I did the update recently and since have been experiencing all the issues I've seen other people having and it's incredibly frustrating and essentially I now have a device that is not functional and in particular my sleep, one of the main things I use it for daily.
These are some of the issues I'm having on a daily basis:
*Won't hold charge for more than 3 days now, used to be a week or so.
*Not tracking sleep data at all, and won't generate my sleep animal. Every morning it tells me I have no sleep data and I've tried everything, moving it around, tightening the band, but none of that makes logical sense when I am just doing the same with it as I have the past 3 years.
*Screen keeps going blank and can't move between screen as it just goes black.
*This is a weird one and I'm not sure to mention it and have been checking in by taking it off to feel the difference, but, I can feel some pain in the area on my wrist under the watch which I never had before.
I'm about to give up on it really which is a shame as I've loved my device, and am now worried to go to another Fitbit device and looking at other options. Does anyone have any ideas or how to fix these issues before I kick this thing to the curb?
