My fitbit Luxe seems to be stuck with something in the background of my click face.  I can't  get to the settings to try to reset the device.  The background screen seems to want to start a timer, but I cannot get to any other screens.

Hi there, @1mafmary. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the above doesn't work, please check if your Luxe is either on sleep or DND mode. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
