Luxe screen is acting odd

I woke up this morning and my fit bit is flickering green block and lines. I'm not seeing any screens that I normally see what do I do

Hi there, @JoniMA. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand how you must be feeling. 

When you have no access to your Luxe's settings due to the screen issue, please try the following:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Also, if you haven't done so yet, please try to change your clock face to see if this does the trick.

Hi, @Maego1209 , whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected the first trouble shooting step is always to try a restart.  Instructions are here .  It is a good idea to try the restart procedure several times as a single restart does not always work.

 

If after trying the restart procedure 3 times your screen is still blank and you are unable to update your Luxe, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support.  You can see the various ways of contacting them on Contact.Fitbit.com .  Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried as that will save time.

Hi there, @Maego1209. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming. 

 

As @Julia_G has suggested, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I am having this same issue every single day!!. I've had my Luxe one month.  Green bright screen and lines when this is happening I cannot get to settings to reboot. When I am able to reboot I do several times a day. I will watch the link you shared in case there is another way to reboot when you cannot get to settings.   It is maddening!!!

I am also having the same problem with my Luxe, I’ve only been wearing it for three weeks. Firstly I had the green lines across my screen, I put it on charge and they went. Now a week later, my screen keeps flickering, I changed the clock face and put on charge but that hasn’t helped. There isn’t a button on my charger to press as instructed in the reply.
