Luxe screen is acting odd

I’ve had my Luxe for about a month and the light is going out on it already. It will randomly start to flicker or won’t completely load the screen. Sometimes it just looks like a bunch of lines. What do I need to do to fix this? This is an expensive watch for it to only last a month.
