I've had my Luxe for a while now but it seems like just recently, when the battery gets in the 70% zone, I can't tap the screen to check steps or the time. The only thing I can do is put it on the charger. If the battery goes below 80% it does this. It's very, very frustrating. Help!!

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
