Luxe screen is acting odd

I’ve been having issues with my Luxe for the last few days. First it would cycle through all the screens really quickly without me doing anything. I was able to reset it from the device and I also changed the clock face. Today the screen is stuck on the clock; I can’t scroll in any direction. I tried changing the clock again but that didn’t help. I’ve tried resetting using the charging cord but can’t get it to work. What should I do now? I’ve had this a few days over 6 months. It was a birthday gift.
