hello. i received a fitbit luxe today (second hand but was working perfectly for previous owner) and i connected it to my phone. everything was fine but then it asked for a software update so i agreed. it then proceeded to start the fitbit update, and the fitbit disconnected from my phone. it’s been 7 hours since the update started and it hasn’t changed in the past 5 hours at all. the screen is black and i can only get it to display this white progress bar sometimes. what do i do???
