Luxe screen is acting odd

My Luxe was brand new for Christmas, yesterday and today the screen is glitching and scrambling almost every time it wakes up. How do I fix this or is it malfunctioning to the point I have to replace it?

Hi @Camerona  Try restarting your Luxe and see if that helps.if it doesn't try changing the clockface in the app. If that doesn't help then contact  Fitbit Support
