My Fitbit screen is broken. Anything I can do myself? It’s counting steps and heartbeat and everything but it has stripes..

Thanks for your reply! I’m in the Netherlands though, so every time I click on the chat-button or on the link you sent me the link to chatting is missing. Is there any other way to get in contact? I can call but that’ll cost me a ton since I’m in the Netherlands..

I have had the same issue, all of a sudden the screen doesn’t work but it is still tracking my movements and vibrating. I tried the reset but that didn’t work. Got onto chat with Fitbit last night and a replacement is already on its way to me. Hope yours is resolved soon.

Currently, we don't have chat support in Dutch but you can change the language to English and the link to chatting will show up. This option is located at the bottom of the page on the right side.
