Hi! My luxe screen is acting up, seemingly out of nowhere - the only thing that changes was the latest firmware update and since then it’s gone downhill.
the screen is mostly black, but not entirely - I can still see little bits of the display here and there. I can still press and move things, it still responds - it’s literally just the display. It has gotten worse over time.
I’ve tried clearing data, restarting, changing faces, charging it up - nothing has had any kind of improvement. Hoping someone here has some alternative ideas!
