Luxe screen is frozen

I’m hoping someone can help. My lux screen is frozen on the clock setting. I’ve tried the button on the charging cord multiple times. I can’t find any other solution and trying to contact Fitbit customer services has just left me in a loop. Is there any way to fix it? I’ve looked all over the app and have had no luck finding a way there. TIA

Hi there, @Jlmallo. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

To better assist you, please confirm that you've restarted your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
