Hi there, @NPS.. Welcome to the Community Forums.
It seems that you've set your Luxe in Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Hi @NPS. what's going on with the screen? You using the default clock face or one you chose? See if using the default face helps and be sure you have the brightness level where it's most comfortable for you. A restart of the device often helps with some glitches, too.
