Luxe screen is too dim

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Suddenly my Fitbit luxe screen has turned yellowish-orange and is extremely dim.

I have reset it (both through the device and charger). Changed the clock face. Made sure all modes are off (sleep and DND) and nothing seems to fix it.

I am struggling to see anything and it switches off with in a couple seconds of coming on even while I am trying to tap though brightness options.

HELP!

Hi, @Shantili welcome to the community, May I suggest the following? Check your "Luxe" is charged, if it's still paired with the app on your phone sync the "Today" screen by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing. Note the green progress bar & on completion the value next to the battery icon. If the state of charge is low charge the device, and note the advice in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  In my experience, a fully discharged device needs 60 minutes on charge (not 30)

If this does not fix your problem you should contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before making the call make notes of the steps you have taken & the result along with details of when & where you bought the device. You may still have the benefit of the Warranty

I hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Cheers
