My Fitbit Luxe does not show data when I tap it. The Screen is black. Then sometimes if I reconnect it to the charger it will work for a short period.

Hi there, @QueenB1VB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this.
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If you manage to solve the issue, please make sure that your Luxe is up-to-date.

Hello. I’m having the same problem and I tried all of your suggestions. Nothing is working. This occurs everyday and I have to reconnect my Luxe to the charger to wake up the screen.

Hello, @Endia. Welcome on board! Thanks for following the troubleshooting steps I have provided above.
It sounds like you might be having battery issues. Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thank you for your reply. Is there a way to replace the battery? I allow my Luxe to charge to 100% every night. Even when the screen goes black and I put the device on the charger, the battery percentage isn’t depleted. This just started happening in the last week. It seems like the watch stops working at night. I’m unable to check the time, my steps, anything. It’s not reliable anymore.

@Endia someone on another thread in Fitbit community said their luxe screen cracked & she was wondering if it could be replaced. I was curious and did a search.
If you are handy or you know someone who is, check out this site: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Fitbit+Luxe+screen+assembly+Replacement/161948 . I thought it was interesting that he also mentioned removing the screen in the future if he has to replace the battery.
I wonder if https://www.ubreakifix.com would be able to replace the battery. I was curious enough to email their support team and ask. I’ll post an update here and on all the other threads in the Fitbit luxe community about the same issue if I get a positive response back from them.
