How is this an answer? I can’t navigate ANYTHING on my Luxe. If I could afford it, I would throw it in the garbage, where it belongs.

To better understand your situation, could you please elaborate or explain it a bit more?
What happens when you tap on the display?
What do you see on it?
Are the LEDs blinking?
Have you tried to restart it by:
pressing the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears, when plugged on the charging cable?
Did you see the logo?

I understand that you have a Luxe.
The instructions mentioned a charger with a button. That meant the charging cable.

The same has just happened to me today? Took it off charge and screen won't respond at all. Worked fine this morning.

How do you charge the Luxe? On a wall adapter or a USB port?
Have you tried using another port ?
Please keep in mind, that quick charging wall adapters can damage your Luxe. If you are using one, try using a low energy charger.
