Hello,
the screen on my luxe keeps flickering - I have only had this luxe for a month.
I have tried restarting it and tried changing the clock face (I have tried changing the clock face both before and after the restart) but it still flickers.
What can I do to fix it?

My mums luxe had a similar problem. I tried several restarts and changed the clockface multiple times, but it didn't help at all. Support recommend I go to settings, device info, clear user data and fortunately (touch wood) it has been good for a few days now. You will need to make sure you sync up first as the data on your Luxe will be lost otherwise. Then clear the data. Then unpair your Luxe from bluetooth and go into the app and set it up as a new device. Hopefully this will work for you as well.
