Hello,
My Fitbit Luxe screen only shows a white rectangle. Please advise what I should do. I tried pressing the round button on the charger 3 times as suggested in the community page but that didn’t do anything. Thanks I’m advance.

Yes, Fitbit worked with me to try to resolve the issue. Ultimately I had to purchase a new one, and Fitbit have a generous discount for the new tracker. Funny enough, my original tracker started working just fine the next day. So it all worked out plus I have a new tracker coming.

I contacted the Fitbit support on their website and they went through the reset with me. They also had me try changing the clock face. Neither worked and they told me someone from tech support will email me. The following day I received an email stating they couldn’t fix it from their end and since my device was out of warranty they offered me 30% off a new device.
I really like my Fitbit lux so I bought a new one and used the discount. Later that day, as I was working out vigorously in the pool (I do Aqua Boxing), my old Fitbit started to vibrate. After I got out of the water, I noticed my Fitbit was working again. No more white screen.
So I guess I could have just waited it out. But now I have a new Fitbit coming plus I have my old one. I’m pretty happy with how it all worked out.

My Fitbit luxe went black on face. I only bought it in June and in July sent it back to Fitbit as they asked for a new replacement. After many calls to them I finally got the face of watch (no band and no charger). I gave them a very upset call today, what did they think I could do with this. I demanded to have a full replacement of the new watch I paid for in June or give me a refund. I was denied both, they said will send me a band and charger. This is not how a customer should be treated when you paid for a new watch one month before.
