Hello, I am running into this same problem. My fitbit luxe ran out of battery over the weekend. Once I got it on a charger, the screen booted back up but it's been stuck on the fitbit logo ever since it was revived. I have tried pressing the button on the charger three times to restart -- it just returns back to the logo screen. I've tried unsyncing and resyncing to my iPhone, but it is unresponsive.
I attempted to reach out to the Live Support chat, but it appears that the Live Chat is also down. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for this suggestion. I have already tried everything you have suggested here.
When I attempt to restart the luxe, the screen goes dark for a second and then resumes the screen with the logo.

The only other option I can think of is to wait for the battery to run out, but this whole issue started when I was charging my fitbit after the battery had completely died and I'm not confident that this won't just happen again.
