Luxe screen stopped working

Set my Luxe last night for sleep mode, woke up during the night and checked the time - all I got was a series of coloured lines across the screen or blocks of blue. This morning tried to get it going but still only showing lines, seems to be working otherwise (ie scrolling, vibrator and scanning light). Tried to use restart several times but no success. Luxe was a Christmas present so only been used for a month. Any ideas please?
