Luxe screen stopped working

My fitbit luxe suddenly quit displaying. I did try the reset, and still nothing. This is what I tried:

Connect your device to the charging cable.

Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears. 

A little disappointed it is only 5 months old. Spent too much to just have it quit working.

Hi there, @SCPia. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and taking the time to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand why you're feeling disappointed. 

Since the restart didn't work, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried changing the clock face, that did not work. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
