Luxe didn't sync my sleep data after the Fitbit app update

“No data” for sleep today after updating app to version 4.0 yesterday.

Hi there, @DGosse1 @26bberger. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your sleep data. I understand how you must be feeling. 

Are you still having this issue? If so, may I know if your sleep is the only data missing?

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Fitbit device
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app and sync
