Good morning!

two days ago the battery ran down completely so I place my Fitbit Luxe on the charger to charge fully…which it did. Now, the screen won’t come up unless I tap it a couple time. Nothing comes up when I turn my wrist towards me. What should I do to get it back to where it was before? It won’t even remind me to complete my steps every hour.

Hi @Barnesfm2 did you try restarting the Luxe while it was on the charger? I have the Luxe and if you have DND on, you'll need to turn it off. I will keep the screen from coming on when you move your wrist.  click to learn more about the DND, Page 17
