My Luxe screen is blank. I noticed, yesterday, after it was blank, that there was an update. I tried to do the update. I have tried all the usual. Following steps… Bluetooth on /off . Phone on/off. Logging out of the app. Pressing the button on USB 3 times, when I do this I see the Fitbit logo on the screen but do not get the pairing code so cannot proceed any further?
Could this be linked to the update? Any ideas?

Oh boy. This is not good news and I'm sorry I have no solution for you but I had that same problem with a 2yo Charge and nothing worked to fix so I had to replace with a Versa 2mos ago but I'm already having a problem with that not tracking diet correctly.
