Not receiving SMS notifications on Luxe

I get notifications from phonecalls and from the calender, but not from text messages. I went to the store today and got a new Luxe, but its still same problem. I tryed everything, all settings are correct, updated my IPhone, erased the app, restarted the Luxe, reconected Bluetooth, everything. But still i only got notifications from calls and calender.

If you haven't done so, please visit this article, open the menu "Why are notifications delayed or missing?". In addition, you can find some useful information in the same article in the menu "Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones" and follow the instructions.

It still doesnt work. Tryed to chat with Fitbit but that doesent work either….  The link is not active?! 
I have a IPhone 8 and it is a couple of years old, can that be the problem?

If your iPhone 8 iOS is 13.4 or higher you should be able to receive your notifications without problem.

 

I just checked the link to reach out Customer Support and it is working fine. Please give it another try.
