Woke up this morning and my luxe screen wasn't working. It's completely white and fuzzy. It still syncs to the app just fine, and I've tried changing the display and the Fitbit buzzed to show that it went through but the screen is still white. I've tried pressing the charger button 3 times but that didn't help. I am unable to chat with support on my phone for some reason (the page kept refreshing mid-chat and now won't load at all). Not sure what to do
