Luxe screen won't light up when receiving notifications

When I receive calls or messages, fitbit (luxe) is vibrating but the screen remains black. I have to tap on it to see the notifications. Any ideas what to do for it to activate when I receive notifications?

Hi there, @Sorina_2022. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

Have you made sure that the screen wake feature is enable? If you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Yes, I made sure that the screen wake feature is enabled. The problem is still there.

@Sorina_2022 Thanks for making sure that Screen Wake was enable.

Please make sure that your Luxe is not on sleep mode or DND. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Let me know how it goes.
