Hello,
this Morning my Alice was working Fine until the Screen broke when I turned my weist. Now the light is very dim and flickering, I think the Most of the Software and Hardware are still working but I cannot really Uwe the Watch anymore since I can hardly See what the Screen is showing. I think it might be a Problem with a solder joint?

Hi @DeLuxeSad if you're under warranty, get with customer support. Your screen broke? There's no way of knowing what the problem is, but with sales going on, might be good time to get a new device.

I think I might still be under warranty, it was a Christmas Gift Last year and I send an Email to the Customer Support, so I Hope to get a swift reply. I can still Kind of See Whats on the Screen but its very dimly light and the writing is streaky and unclear.
