Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerI have done the suggested restart and have changed my clock face in the app, but the Luxe will still not swipe. I only shows the clock face and current time.

Hi there, @froggist. Welcome on board. I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above.
As per the description of your post, it seems like you have your Luxe in "always-on" display mode. To turn it off, please follow the steps below:
Clock faces without an always-on display mode use a default always-on display clock face.
Always-on display automatically turns off when your tracker's battery is critically low.
