My Luxe is stuck on the clock screen  I can swipe at all. I have tried a hard reset, but nothing is working. I have given it a thorough clean but has no affect.

Update: Sorry I can't swipe at all

Hi there, @Vimtoism. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

Since the restart didn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Unfortunately changing the clock face didn't work. Its receiving updates, I tap to show clock, I used the heart one  it takes my pulse, and tells the time  just wont swipe to anything. I might tell people its a Fitbit Rolluxe until I can sort it out 😆.
