After charging my Luxe last night, it has a screen issue. I'm unable to do anything with it - won't swipe, won't move off this image. The screen won't go to sleep, so it remained "on" all night and has now drained the battery. Can't upload a photo.

Hi there, @Cassidy154. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.
It seems that you have your Fitbit device in "always-on" display. With that being said, please try to turn this feature off by following these steps:
Clock faces without an always-on display mode use a default always-on display clock face.
Note: Always-on display automatically turns off when your tracker's battery is critically low.
