Luxe shows the wrong time

Why does my luxe just randomly have the wrong time?

Hi @MelissaCH The quick answer is that I have no idea! Have you tried RESTARTING  your Luxe? Is the Luxe syncing to your app ? If it is having syncing problems, try THIS Help Article on Syncing problems.

The Luxe will overtake the time and date, from the last device it was sync with. 

Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed, and the Luxe is up to date with the Firmware. 

Also try to sync the Luxe at least 1-2 times a day.
