Started maybe a week ago, my watch ( luxe ) will shut off about an hour into my workout. Just shut off and won't come back on til I connect the charger. Battery isn't dead, the app even shows a percentage. If I dont select an exercise mode, ita fine all day long. But start a workout and it shuts off. Tried resetting it. Anyone have any luck fixing the issue or is it time for a new watch? Watch is 2 years old I think.

Hi, @toredd , even though the app shows a percentage, that may not be the actual percentage on the tracker - the app percentage will only be updated with a recent sync.
When your Fitbit is tracking a workout it uses significantly more battery power than when it is simply recording basic activity of steps etc. That would explain why it works fine for the whole day when not tracking.
As I am sure you will be aware, all rechargeable batteries have a limited life span. Sudden rapid discharge is a very common symptom of a deteriorating battery. As your watch is now two years old I am afraid that this is the most likely explanation of what you are experiencing. Sadly, it does sound like your Fitbit may be approaching the end of its useful life.

Welcome to the forums @toredd.
Thank you for sharing the information regarding this difficulty with your Luxe and for trying to fix it through the restart.
In addition to what @Julia_G mentioned, I'd suggest you follow the steps listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?.
Thanks @Julia_G for the help provided.
