Luxe stopped receiving notifications

I've read the related strings, and have reset my phone, tried logging off the app and restarting it.  I have the latest version of the Luxe on the app on my phone.

The other problem I'm seeing is that when I look at the Bluetooth for the Luxe, it says An App is needed to use this device.

I was receiving text message, notifications and calls until a few days ago.

I have a Samsung S20 5G phone

Any guidance you can provide is appreciated.

Hi there, @slsonline. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

To solve this issue, please try the steps below:

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Luxe as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.

If you can't get started with your Luxe, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
