Luxe stopped syncing after the update

After the firmware update, suddenly my Luxe isn't syncing properly and the time is 6 hours off.

I've tried restarting my Luxe, restarting my phone, re-adding via Bluetooth,  signing out/in of app and nothing seems to work. 

Help!

Hi there, @Heather_in_WI. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is still not syncing nor showing the correct time despite the steps you've tried. I will do my best to help you to sort this out!

As a first approach, please note that your Luxe will keep showing the wrong time if it does not sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you're having syncing difficulties, please make sure you've followed all tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
