Notifications not vibrating or making sound

I have a Luxe & it used to vibrate when I received phone calls but doesn't do this anymore which is annoying as don't always hear phone in bag.

I have checked that Notifications is on & also vibrate is on strong so why doesn't it work?

Please make sure that your Luxe is not in DND or Sleep Mode. When 'do not disturb' setting is on: Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted. The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

On the other hand, when sleep mode is on: Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted; the screen's brightness is set to dim; the screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice. The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
