Luxe stopped syncing my steps

My Luxe was fine, I recharged it, fine. Then it stopped syncing steps or sleep since mid-day, June 11, 2023

I restarted it. No change.

I tried to turn off-on Blue Tooth. No change.

I fiddled with other settings on iPad. No change. 

I tried to sync on website. Can't even see how to do that. 

Anyone have any tips to get this going again. I am (in theory) synced to an iPad, and using Safari website on Mac. (no I do not have access to any other devices.)

Regarding your inquiry about syncing on the website, please note the option to sync with your Windows phone or computer ended in October 2022.

To sync your Fitbit device, download and use the Fitbit app for iPhones or Android phones. See How Fitbit devices sync their data?

Thank you. It seems to be working now after turning things off, on, restarting, rebooting, etc. Pain in the butt, but it's working! 🙂
