Luxe stopped syncing to my Android phone

Luxe was synced to my Android and it stopped syncing like 2 weeks ago & I need help!

Hi there, @Elnicker. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

As @Odyssey13 has suggested you, please make sure that your Note 8 meets the requirements listed here.

If you continue having syncing difficulties even after following the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article shared by @Odyssey13, please try the steps below:

  • Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
  • Restart your Luxe.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe.

Hi @Elnicker  to work properly you need to be at least Android 8. What do you have?

Galaxy Note 8. It was working fine the last 2 months 🤷‍:female_sign:Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
