Luxe stopped syncing

Luxe stopped syncing with my Galaxy phone (Android 13) on Sunday 13 Aug. I read that this was a problem in late 2022 but a fix had been made? Tried all the usual things... restarting, switching Bluetooth on and off etc etc but no joy.

-----------------------------------

Finally sorted after updating fitbit and phone software. Phone restart seemed to trigger optimisation of apps. Not sure which action sorted the problem but data started to appear and the phone/Luxe pairing was enabled.

My watch won’t synch either. I guess I can call Fitbit? It is very annoying- otherwise I was loving it before it stopped synching!

-----------------------------------

I’ll try it!

The app suggested a force stop of the app, turn off Bluetooth, wait, turn Bluetooth back on, reopen app, and try again. No difference. Will try your suggestion of turning off my phone and then back on. Have only had my watch for 3 days ...

Exactly the same happened to me. Tried numerous restarts of the fitbit, reinstalled the app. Nothing worked until I restarted phone and accepted system updates

I spent several hours going through all the usual fixes to try and get my device to sync/connected to my phone and finally out of frustration I connected my Fitbit Account to Google, which I had been putting off doing out of stubbornness.

... Synced first try.

Not for me! It stopped syncing when moved to Google.

Thanks for getting back to us @Sara0401. To restart your Luxe:

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app

    .
  2. Open the Settings app

    Restart Device

    Restart.

If your device is unresponsive:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
