My Lux stopped working after the firmware update. Others are having the same issue. If you are under warranty still then you can take your chances. Otherwise, your lux will die nearly immediately after taking it off the charger. Never had an issue with the battery life before the update. I’ve already gone through the trouble shooting steps and my options now are to buy a new one or go to a another company. I don’t want to take my chances of this happening again.

I had the same issue. Haven’t worn my Lixe since. I have also warned others not to update. Google/Fitbit needs to fix this and quick or I’m switching to Apple.
