I’ve had my Luxe for about 2 months. Worked great until the “premium” time frame expired, but one by one, features quit working. Stopped notifying of text messages, stopped tracking sleep, stopped heart rate and zone minutes, and now barely holds a charge. I’ve gone to the on online forums, restarted the Fitbit, done everything I can think of or find help for. Very frustrated!

Hi there, @Belushi1027. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Luxe isn't properly linked to your Fitbit account. That would explain why your data hasn't been updated.
To make sure your Luxe is linked and syncing, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance it's still not paired to your Fitbit account, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, if you're having syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
