Luxe stopped working correctly

My luxe is not working properly. It is collecting data as of it is, but the clock is wrong. Restart didn't change anything, i checked for updates, it won't let me change the clock face, and if will not sync to my app.

Please, can you share a few more details about what you see on the screen. What data does it show you and what data can't you see?

Confirm that you are trying to change the clock face as indicated here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

In addition, take a look at the points listed in this help article to solve issues while syncing.
